If the Profit Tools program is not responding and you are unable to continue working, you may perform the following steps to restart Profit Tools.
- Right-click on the Windows Task Bar at the bottom of the session, select "Task Manager", select the "Processes" tab, select "Profit Tools" under the Apps section, and select "End Task" in the bottom right corner of the Task Manager window.
- Restart Profit Tools using the desktop shortcut.
- If this does not terminate and restart the Profit Tools program, select the start menu, select "Log off" to terminate all programs and log off the session, and then login again and restart Profit Tools.
