You may request a pre-configured RDP shortcut by sending an email to customerservice@profittools.net or follow the steps below to setup access to your hosted environment.
- Click start
, type "mstsc", and press enter. - Select "Remote Desktop Connection" and wait for the Remote Desktop Connection window to open.
- Select "Show Options" in the Remote Desktop Connection window.
- Select the "Advanced" tab, select settings, select the radio button "Use these RD Gateway server settings.
- Server Name: pt-rdg-nlb.envaseconnect.cloud
- Enable "Bypass RD Gateway server for local addresses".
- Select "Use my RD Gateway credentials for the remote computer" under Logon settings, and select OK.
- Select the "General" tab, and enter the RDS server name in the computer field. If you were not provided with the server name, send an email to customerservice@profittools.net and request the server name. You may also request a pre-configured RDP shortcut.
- Computer: PT-####-RDS-01 (Replace #### with your hosted identifier).
- Username: (enter your hosted username here)
- Enable "Allow me to save credentials"
- Select Save As, type "Profit Tools (Envase Connect) in the file name field, and save the RDP shortcut to your desktop.
