The Profit Tools application does not have options to adjust the font size or change the display settings and uses your computers display settings.
We are aware that Profit Tools may not scale and display font properly when the local computer display settings are set for scaling over 100%. You decrease scaling to 100% or try adjusting the display resolution to make font sizing larger or smaller.
The user must log out of their Remote Desktop connection by clicking on windows icon found in the lower left, click on user and Sign out.
If you are a hosted customer using Parallels, right-click on the Parallels icon in the lower right of computer task bar.
If you do not see the Parallels icon on task bar click on the ^ icon to see your hidden icons, then right-click on the Parallels icon and select Log Off All Sessions.
Changing Local Display Settings
To change local computer display settings:
- Right-click on the desktop and select display settings.
- Verify each display is using the same resolution and 100% Scaling.
Login to Profit Tools and confirm the font and windows are displayed correctly. If there was no change, go through the steps again and try rebooting the local computer before attempting to log into Profit Tools.
