This link will provide access to some free Tableau training videos. They are intended for Explorer level users to get started with basic topics like: how to login, how to navigate through the site, how to open workbooks and do some basic edits.
Browse out to https://www.tableau.com/learn/training/ and complete the brief enrolment.
Once you are at the Main list of Free Training Videos, scroll down to either the Explorer or or Viewer and choose the Collaborate with Tableau Server / Getting Started with Tableau Server video. This video is under 10 minutes and will walk you through the Tableau login process and the basic UI navigation. Build on this knowledge with additional short videos.
