Free Trials
Due to the low cost of entry for a basic two user system, and that Profit Tools is not billing for Implementation and Setup time, we will not be providing free trials.
PC Miler
PC Miler is not included with Tableau, but if PC Miler is installed, mileage is supported and will require one available PC Miler license to calculate and update miles nightly.
Recommended Users
There is a minimum requirement for 1 Explorer and 1 Viewer for any order, this base subscription is only suggested for customers with under 10 Ops.
For customers up to 25 Ops it is suggested to have 2 Explorer and 5 Viewers
For customers over 25 Ops if is suggested to add 2 Explorer and 5 Viewers for every additional 25 Ops
User Licensing

Explorer = Allows access to view, interact, edit, and create Tableau reports and Dashboards
